MY COACHING STORY

Throughout my life I’ve had the outlook with the idea of no regrets, just being able to learn as much as possible. Truth be told, there have been some huge learning opportunities along the way. Having said that, had I known earlier on in my career, the things I know now – I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I truly believe that every step along the way has allowed me to grow and develop not only as an individual but also as a professional business woman.

My coaching skills were forged though a distinguished career in the financial services industry. After being mentored by my father at his investment firm, I grew into sales and management roles before following my passion into the world of coaching in 2015. Today, I offers solution-based coaching to clients throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.

Prior to opening my boutique private coaching practice, I developed a reputation for performance and achievement in positions with firms such as RBC Investments, Sunlife, The Co-operators and Servus. Along the way, I garnered a number of awards, including Financial Planner of the Year, Highest External Sales, Quick Start Achiever, and Western Region Builder. During my tenure in the Financial Services sector, I completed the PFP (Personal Financial Planner), EPC (Elder Planning Certificate), and PCC (Professional Certified Coach). Since starting FSC Group, the MCC (Master Certified Coach) designation has been completed.

My high energy executive coaching sessions are focused to achieve substantial improvements in the areas of productivity, leadership skills, staff management, and communication. In team coaching sessions, I utilize behavioural analysis to enable team members to better understand their colleagues, in the goal of working together more harmoniously.

Out of the office I am an energetic, contributing member to my community in the Edmonton area, along with my husband Dave. Avid fans of both football and hockey, we also enjoy watching curling and playing golf.  I hold the position of Vice President for my local Business Ladies Golf League, am an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and am known for my passion for gardening.
