WHAT IS EXECUTIVE/LEADERSHIP/TEAM COACHING?

Executive coaching is a learning approach that creates self-awareness, helps drive transformational change, and provides critical challenge and support.

HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL COACHING COMMITMENT?

Six months to one year, however the duration of the coaching relationship depends on your needs and goals. Our goal is not to have a life long client, instead we believe in supporting our clients with the tools and resources required for success long after their coaching program has completed.

HOW OFTEN DO I MEET WITH MY COACH?

Typically meeting cadence is 30 minutes per week or 60 minutes bi-weekly.

DO YOU USE A BEHAVIOURAL ASSESSMENT TOOL?

Yes, we use McQuaig Behaviour Assessments. Although there are a number of assessments available, we habitually start any coaching / training program by having our clients complete “The Self Development Assessment”.  This assessment offers a self-development plan and coaching tool of up to 30 pages. It creates a comprehensive growth plan based on an individual’s natural temperament.

This plan identifies and optimises an individual’s strengths and helps to manage developmental areas that may decrease personal effectiveness.

It includes:

  • Your behavioural profile

  • Personal analysis of your strengths and limitations

  • Helpful suggestions and actions

  • Tips for getting input from your manager or coach

  • Personal action plan

Highly successful people are not necessarily blessed with a higher intellect or more charisma than others. They know how to make the best use of their talents and how to avoid the pitfalls that could limit their success.
