From mentoring under her father at his investment firm to achieving top accolades with RBC Investments, Sun Life, The Co-operators, and Servus, Laurie developed a reputation for performance, leadership, and results. Since founding FSC Group in 2015, she has provided solution-focused coaching to clients across Canada, the U.S., and Europe, earning her ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation along the way.
Laurie’s keynotes and interactive sessions challenge audiences to step beyond comfort zones, embrace change, and cultivate stronger leadership, communication, and team dynamics.
