When Fenske Strategic Coaching, Inc. hung out our shingle on June 1, 2016 our mission was to provide support for individuals to grow both personally and professionally and to educate leaders and individuals on the benefits of coaching. As a believer in the power of solution focused coaching, and recognizing the gap between leaders having the desire and the time to truly create a coaching culture, I was honoured to elevate those coaching conversations to the clients I serve.
Over the past 5+ years a number of thing have come to light.
The benefit of coaching is either misunderstood – or not understood at all.
There is a huge disservice to individuals being approached by non-trained, non-accredited “coaches”.
Once the trust is built between an organization and a coach the need for further offerings becomes apparent.
The lines blur between pure coaching, mentoring and consulting.
We have redesigned ourselves to address what we have learned and further grow to meet our client's needs and expectations.
By defining three target areas of service we aim to:
COACH
Through powerful solution focused conversations we are able to elevate the individual, the team and the organization. We are focused on creating a coaching culture that cultivates professional and personal growth by partnering with our clients, their organizations, and the industries that trust us to deliver the best possible experience and results.
CREATE
We’ve been invited into a number of organizations who want a different flavour in terms of workshop delivery. Utilizing the coach approach to our training programs we have found an elevated level of understanding and growth amongst the participants. Upon registration in our workshops the participant completes their behavioural assessment. The findings of these assessments are used to support the learner in the best possible way given their own learning and motivational preferences.
CONSULT
FSC has partnered with professionals known to be experts in their own chosen field. This will allow us to ensure that all the needs of our clients are met through their partnership with FSC Group, Inc. These experts will be announced over the next 2 – 3 months as we work to bring you a resource designed to fit our clients' needs.

You will be working with professionals accredited in their chosen field. Our coaching program is provided by ICF Accredited Coaches, meaning they are held to a higher standard of ethics and professionalism.
We take the time to understand the style of our workshop participants in order to ensure that we are presenting the course content in a way that is most meaningful and impactful to you.
