The Coaching Readiness Assessment Tool helps individuals evaluate their leadership potential by assessing five key skills: Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Performance Elevation, Self-Awareness, and Resilience. By identifying strengths and areas for improvement in these competencies, this tool aids in determining whether a coaching program could further enhance one's leadership abilities. This assessment challenges the myth that leaders are born, emphasizing instead that leadership skills can be actively developed through targeted effort.
